What are the technical points of mushroom culture management?

1. It depends on whether the color of mycelium growth is normal
The color of mycelium normal growth should be pure white, if the color is found to be dark and yellow, etc., it is necessary to find out the reason in time. Generally, it is hypoxic, and it should be ventilated or punctured to increase oxygen in time. If the light in the bacteria cultivation shed is strong, which inhibits the growth of mycelia, attention should be paid to shading. If there is a brown "stop edge" on the edge of the mycelium, first check whether there are any bacteria in the bag. It may be due to the antagonism between the miscellaneous bacteria and the mycelium, and the high temperature of the bacteria culture will cause the mycelium to weaken. At this time, the color of the mycelia will also turn yellow and dark, so the management should be adjusted in time according to the specific situation.
2. It depends on whether the mycelium grows neatly and vigorously
The law of mycelial growth is that the radioactivity extends neatly to the surroundings. If there are irregular spots on the peripheral base material, you should be alert to the occurrence of miscellaneous bacteria, which may be caused by miscellaneous bacteria infection due to incomplete sterilization.
3. Check if there are bacteria bags
When a bag of miscellaneous bacteria is found, it should be picked out in time for isolation and treatment. If the miscellaneous bacteria is seriously polluted, the bag should be broken and repacked for sterilization and inoculation. Bacterial bags infected with Neurospora should be kept away from deep burial, and generally can be cured, or treated with Neurospora nemesis.
4. To check the changes of shed temperature, pile temperature and bag temperature
Check whether to achieve constant temperature bacteria. The temperature of the bag should be controlled in the range of 18-24°C during the bacteria cultivation period. When the temperature is low, measures should be taken to increase the temperature, and at the same time, thicken the insulation layer and pay attention to heat preservation. After puncturing, the temperature of the bag increases, and when it exceeds 25°C, pay attention to ventilation and cooling. The temperature is low in winter, and the ventilation should be selected during the high temperature period during the day. After daily inspection, record the shed temperature, stack temperature, and bag temperature, and pay attention to changes.
5. Pay attention to whether the bacteria culture shed is hypoxic
If there is an obvious smell and a sense of suffocation when entering the shed, and if the lighter cannot be used to light the fire, it means that there is a serious lack of oxygen. Hypoxia is extremely detrimental to the growth of mycelium. At this time, do not rush into the shed. You must lift the shed to ventilate before entering the shed to check, so as to avoid unsafe accidents. Therefore, in the management of bacteria cultivation, we must pay attention to ventilation and oxygenation.
