What's the reason for the bad shape of shiitake mushrooms?

The word "ventilation" is no stranger to mushroom farmers. It accompanies us almost every day. Whether during the germination period or the fruiting period, ventilation is inseparable. The main task of ventilation is to exchange oxygen between the inside and outside of the greenhouse, and at the same time, the temperature and humidity can be adjusted through ventilation.
In fact, everyone is very clear about the purpose of ventilation, but the word "ventilation" misleads many people. Many mushroom farmers mistakenly believe that wind means ventilation through literal meaning. This is actually a huge misunderstanding, especially during the fruiting period. If there is strong wind outside the shed, try not to ventilate it.
During the period from when the mushroom buds appear to when it is picked, try to ventilate the greenhouse when there is no wind. Because the strong wind blows directly on the surface of the mushroom body, it will quickly drain the moisture from the mushrooms.
Frequent ventilation and short ventilation
For the ventilation of mushroom greenhouses, ventilation should be frequent and short, especially for bacteria sticks without water-retaining film. The ventilation time should not be too long each time. Ventilate several times a day. The ventilation time of bacteria sticks with water-retaining film can be relatively extended.
Wide ventilation and small ventilation
The length of each greenhouse is basically about 50 meters. If only the two ends of the greenhouse are opened for ventilation, the complete oxygen exchange, temperature and humidity reduction cannot be achieved in a short period of time, especially the bacteria rods in the middle of the greenhouse. Therefore, it is best to use wide ventilation and small ventilation when ventilating. That is to say, both ends and the middle of the greenhouse should be opened, but the opening area should not be too large. This allows all parts of the greenhouse to be ventilated in a short time, and no strong wind will enter the greenhouse or affect the mushrooms on the mushroom sticks.
The ventilation of mushroom greenhouses is not fixed and has no rules. It should be reasonably adjusted according to the weather and the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse. It should be adapted to people's conditions, the conditions of the shed and the weather, but during the ventilation process, try to achieve frequent ventilation, short ventilation, wide ventilation and small ventilation.
