Industrial cultivation of edible fungi

The industrialized edible fungus production ratio in developed countries is very high, with low cultivation costs and high benefits. The industrial cultivation of edible fungi has positive significance for improving production efficiency.
The industrial cultivation of edible fungi is a modern agricultural production method that uses advanced scientific and technological equipment to artificially simulate the growth environment of fungi, including growth conditions such as light, temperature, ventilation, and humidity, and is cultivated through standardized production processes and automated machinery and equipment. The factory cultivation method can effectively improve the cultivation efficiency and increase the production income. Compared with traditional artificial greenhouse cultivation methods, industrial cultivation has the advantages of high efficiency, high yield, and stress resistance. It combines intelligent control, high-tech automation, and biotechnology, which can effectively reduce the constraints of natural conditions such as climate and seasons, and reduce the incidence of pests and diseases. Enterprises that use industrialized cultivation of edible fungi as their production method are called industrialized cultivation of edible fungi enterprises, and they are emerging edible fungus production entities that are different from retail cultivation.
The factory production workshop of edible fungus is generally divided into a fungus growing workshop, a mixing workshop, a cold storage, a material distribution warehouse, a cooling workshop, a packaging workshop, a sterilization workshop, a bottling bag workshop, a mushroom production workshop, and an inoculation workshop, etc. There are also special workshops for different types of edible fungi. For example, the factory cultivation of Agaricus bisporus will have a separate quick-freezing workshop, and the production of Flammulina velutipes will have a bud-inducing workshop and a fungus scratching workshop. But not all edible fungi are suitable for factory cultivation. Pleurotus eryngii, Agaricus bisporus, Flammulina velutipes and other fungi are suitable for factory cultivation, while those with complicated management procedures like shiitake mushrooms can only use factory production of fungus sticks.
